Once again Marco De Virgiliis with his pioneering soul has managed to create this new series of products which, with the use of custom components born thanks to years of experience and research Markbass and the use of revolutionary materials with an eye to the future and the evironment, has really nailed the tone and power versus portability issue.
The MB58R 121 PURE features 1x12" Markbass Neodymium custom speakers with low mids that sweeps evenly into a solid controlled bottom end and fantastic clarity and detail from the special new hi-fi tweeter, very focused and with sweet and rounds highs. With its 400 watts of power handling it can be used as a standalone with a Markbass head or as extension cabinet for the Mini CMD 121 and CMD 121 combos, it’s a very portable solution (weights only 24.5 lbs / 11.1 kg).

Octavix delivers the definitive late 1960's fuzzed out, octave up sound together with modern enhancements that update the classic concept.
Housed in EHX's rugged nano package, the Octavix features Volume, Boost and Octave knobs. Volume regulates the output level of the pedal. Boost controls the amount of fuzztone and Octave adjusts the volume of the octave above. A mini-toggle lets the player select between 9 or 24 volt power rails and determines the power supply voltage for the entire circuit. At 9V the pedals behaves like the classic, saggy fuzz box.
