The BYZANCE EXTRA DRY THIN CRASH is uniquely light weight with an extremely dry and low pitched sound. Its trashy overtones and soft response, with a fast decay, create an overall "dryness".

EXTRA DRY cymbals have big hammer marks which in combination with the untreated, natural finish enable an extremely dark sound with a short sustain. Dominant lows with an esoteric character.
