The Renaissance™ Powerstroke® 3 features a textured single ply of 10 mil Mylar® film and a thin underlay at the outer edge of the head. The underlay is 2 mil on toms and snare heads; 10 mil on bass drum heads and is designed to subtly dampen high frequency overtones creating enhanced mid range and low end for snares, tom toms and bass drums.
