Having anchored the drum chair for the likes of Madonna, Sting and David Bowie, to name a few, Omar was looking for a unique sound while designing his signature snare drum. The 13" x 5" shell has a power piccolo sound, while the Mahogany helps to produce the perfect blend of sonic power, projection and tonal colour.

Pearl's famous Short Fuse 10x4.5 Inch snare drum (SFS10S/C) offers drummers and percussionists an explosive, yet controlled tight sounding snare drum that adds a unique and very definded sound to your set up. This 9ply poplar wood shell drum also includes a connecting Pearl mount for quick and easy inclusion to your existing set up without the need for another snare stand. This drum features an all Spruce 8 ply / 7mm shell with a beautiful wood grain finish, and boasts a warm and resonant tone. The combination of the Spruce shell and TAMA's 8-lug die-cast hoops makes for a powerful yet warm rim shot sound.

When you’re ready to add sparks to your playing, the first thing to do is add a FireCracker snare drum. As the name implies, these explosive drums deliver huge sound from a small package.
