If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via email or phone. We’ll be happy to work out a solution to your issues.
We’ll refund on goods that are:
- Faulty or damaged
- Different to that described
- Not working as intended
We can offer a refund, repair, exchange or store credit, as applicable.
We will not automatically refund because you simply have changed your mind, unless this was explicitly a condition of the sale or included in advertising material. Remember to always keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
We will not refund for an incorrect choice of product. We will although exchange the product or give you a store credit to the same value. You will need to use the store credit within 14 business days.
Please ensure you have your sales receipt with you as proof of purchase when you return your goods.
Software
Unfortunately, we cannot return any software if the packaging seal is broken.
Health considerations
For health reasons harmonicas and in-ear monitors can only be returned if they are faulty and for no other reason.

Returns procedure
To return an item, and so we can serve you best, the following procedure must be followed. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not comply with this procedure.
1. Item(s) must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, with all included accessories, if applicable, and must not be damaged in any way.
2. To initiate a return, email us at info@dreammusic.com.au or info@drummersdream.com.au within seven (7) days of taking delivery of your product. Please include your name, best contact phone number, copy of invoice and product name. Where there is no proof of delivery, delivery date will be assumed to be four (4) business days from the date of dispatch.
3. Item(s) must be received by Dream Music & Drummers Dream within ten (10) business days of the date you lodge your return request. Return freight costs will be at your expense. Returned items will remain your responsibility during transit. Dream Music & Drummers Dream will not accept liability for damage which may occur during transit. Please pack your returned item(s) carefully.
4. After receiving the returned item(s), Dream Music & Drummers Dream will issue a refund, exchange or store credit as applicable.
